WRPN Internet Services reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any
time. All hosting customers will be notified of the new policy.
Payment
- We accept payment for our services through PayPal, payable to
 , or via check or money order.
- Payment must be received within 15 days of the billing date. Past due accounts will
be temporarily disabled until full payment has been made; during this time, visitors to
your website will be redirected to a disabled page, and all emails will be bounced to
the sender. After 60 days of non-payment, your website and email will be removed from
our servers.
- A $20.00 re-activation fee will apply if your account is more than 30 days past
due.
- If you need to make special payment arrangements, please contact us immediately and
we will work out a payment schedule for you.
Limitation of Liability
- WRPN Internet Services, its affiliates, its ISPs, and other related
entities cannot be held liable for any content that is uploaded to our servers
by our customers.
- The customer is responsible for any and all backups of their
website(s). WRPN Internet Services maintains weekly backups of all servers,
but we cannot guarantee that your website will be fully restored after a
loss of data due to human error, hardware failure, or other problems.
Credits
- A credit will be issued to your account, based on the length of
downtime, for any server downtime or service outages exceeding 12 hours.
The amount of credit issued cannot exceed your monthly payment
(for example, if your monthly payment is $8.95, a credit will only be
issued that is less than or equal to $8.95).
- A credit will NOT be issued to your acount because of problems beyond
our control, including network-wide Internet outages, attacks on our
network, or natural causes (such as tornadoes, flooding, hurricanes, and
other phenomenon).
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Spam
- WRPN Internet Services prohibits the abuse of our services through the sending of
UCE (unsolicited commercial email) or "spam," or by advertising your website via spam.
Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account terminated
immediately and without notice, and you will be subject to all fines based on
our Anti-Spam policy, which can be found here.
The proper authorities will also be notified if you are found to be in violation of
section 2307.64 of the Ohio Revised code.
Abuse
- Using excessive CPU time, bandwidth or disk usage is prohibited. This includes
using our server(s) in a manner that degrades the quality of the hosting accounts of
our other customers, such as using scripts that consume large amounts of CPU time, or
reselling your hosting account to others without the consent of WRPN Internet Services.
- Use of our servers and/or network for hacking purposes is prohibited. All related
activities will be grounds for immediate account termination, and the customer will be
reported to the proper authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- We reserve the right to terminate your account if you are found to be participating
in (which includes distributing, advertising, or otherwise making available) any of the
following prohibited activities:
- Spamming;
- Pirated or "warez" software;
- Viruses, worms, trojan horses, and related destructive activities;
- Violating trade secrets, patents, and the like;
- Child pornography;
- Hate speech, harassment, and/or prejudice;
- Fraud; including but not limited to, the stealing of credit cards and
related information; ponzi/pyramid schemes;
- and other activities which are illegal under Ohio and/or United States law.
